Spirit Spouses Continued

I was talking not that long ago to a group of people about how long it took me to get rid of my spirit spouse and I told them about 6 months. What I didn’t stop to think about was that when most people are speaking about getting rid of spirit spouses, they assume that you have already done your homework thus the reason you know what your issue is. The truth about it is that many people realize they have a spirit spouse and begin to look to get rid of them as hot and fast as possible especially if they have one of the more violent ones. There are so many doors opened for spirit spouses which is why I decided to write this.

Spirit spouses attach to us through so many things like adultery, fornication, lust, pornography, masturbation and other things that we do to cause ourselves to vibrate at extremely low levels. Things that cause us to vibrate at lower levels are usually drugs (even prescription drugs) and alcohol. And then there is self-defilement this is done on a dream level. When we look to shut the door, we must start shutting many other doors to close the one to the spirit spouse. We also must change our habits as well as stay persistent and consistence in prayer and fasting.

I read an article online and this guy says get up take a walk around the block, a cold shower, start to read especially the bible or even praise and worship. I said alright I tried everything else why not. Nothing seemed to work. I closed my eyes and the attack started. I got up tried everything this guy said and nothing. A couple of weeks maybe a month later after some fasting another attack. So, this time I went back to bed and the attacks came as I knew they would at 3:30AM with me having to be up for work around 6AM with no sleep! I got up I tired singing every hymn I could think of with my hands raised. I finally found a song that had some punch to it. I was amazed to say the least it worked. I spent a lot of time fasting praying and breaking bad habits to get rid of this spirit. So, check to see what you have that is feeding this strongman and ask God to reveal it to you so that you can get rid of his lunch plate and make it easier on yourself. I will be honest if you trying to get rid of one and you still wanting to party, shake your butt a little and get a little on the juicer side of the drinks those spirits are going to laugh at you in your face.

If you not checking your thoughts (because sin starts at the thought level first), behaviors, beliefs and asking God you’re not ready to get rid of them. When you look for help to get rid of these spirits the average person is assuming you already got rid of his lunch plate. It’s like feeding a stray cat or dog why would they leave when every day you put out a plate? The strongman isn’t going anywhere when he has a legal right to be there. Most of these guys attach themselves to you as a child and we grow up thinking its normal, I always been this way. Twenty years later were trying to get rid of them, but they got a legal right to be there because when we were 8 we had a sleep over and thought it was alright for our little buddy to bring over that porn tape of dads or looked at a magazine we shouldn’t have. I hope this gives you a starting point to help you rid yourself of the spirit that’s harassing you.  For me I had opened doors from when I was 9 years old. Anyway, try a 3-day dry fast the above techniques work you must give it time as the spirits are watching to see if you are going to get up or give in.

Father we humbly ask that You reveal to us anything in our lives that is feeding this strongman. We ask that You reveal unto us the door that needs to be shut so that You can free us of these spirits. Father forgive us of whatever sin we have committed against You to open the door, we repent now in Christ mighty name. We now shut the doors open to these spirit spouses with the blood of Christ and ask You Holy Spirit to help us stay free from them in Christ name we pray Amen.
